We’re so excited to finally share our Château Poséidon merch store with you! Over the past year, you’ve watched us pour our hearts (and every bit of energy) into bringing this abandoned château back to life — and this collection is another step on that journey.
Every euro of profit from these items goes directly toward installing the château’s heating system — one of the biggest and most essential projects to finally make it a livable home.
We’ve partnered with Printful to create each piece on demand, meaning your order is made especially for you once it’s placed. It helps us reduce waste and produce responsibly, even if it takes a little longer to arrive.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Our products are printed to order by our partner Printful.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL (14 DAYS)
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind, for any reason. You don't need to give us a reason.
To cancel, email us at media@chateauposeidon.com with your order number, or use the cancellation form at the bottom of this page. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. Return shipping is at your expense.
We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned items — or of receiving proof that you've sent them, whichever comes first — using the same payment method you used to order.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or defective, we'll replace it free of charge. Email media@chateauposeidon.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the problem and clear photos. Once confirmed, we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
LEGAL GUARANTEES
Independently of the above, all our products are covered by the French legal guarantee of conformity (articles L. 217-3 and following of the Code de la consommation) for two years from delivery, and by the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Code civil). These guarantees are free of charge and cannot be waived.
LOST PACKAGES
If your package is lost in transit, contact us. We'll open a claim with the carrier and send a replacement if the loss is confirmed.
WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS
If an incorrect address was entered at checkout and the parcel is returned to us, we can reship it at your expense. If the parcel is lost because of the wrong address, we can't refund it.
