We’re so excited to finally share our Château Poséidon merch store with you! Over the past year, you’ve watched us pour our hearts (and every bit of energy) into bringing this abandoned château back to life — and this collection is another step on that journey.
Every euro of profit from these items goes directly toward installing the château’s heating system — one of the biggest and most essential projects to finally make it a livable home.
We’ve partnered with Printful to create each piece on demand, meaning your order is made especially for you once it’s placed. It helps us reduce waste and produce responsibly, even if it takes a little longer to arrive.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We truly appreciate your support.
Because all items in our shop are produced on-demand (made especially for you at the moment your order is placed), we follow a strict return and refund policy as outlined below.
1. All Sales Are Final
All products are made-to-order, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Wrong size ordered
Changes of mind
Ordering by mistake
Dislike of color, fit, or style
Before ordering, please review product descriptions and sizing charts carefully.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will gladly replace it at no cost.
To request a replacement:

within 7 days of receiving your order and include:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos showing the defect or damage
Once confirmed, a replacement will be sent automatically.
Printful handles the reprint and shipping at no cost to you.
3. Lost Packages
If your package gets lost in transit, please contact us. We will open a claim with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, offer a replacement.
4. Wrong Shipping Address
If the wrong address was provided at checkout, we cannot issue a refund. A replacement may be possible, but the cost will be at the customer’s expense.
5. Order Cancellations
Because items go into production quickly, orders cannot be cancelled once sent to production.
